EB-1, NIW 해당되기 위한 조건은 어떻게 다른가요?
EB-1은 NIW와 달리 해당조건을 명확하게 규정에 정하고 있습니다. 만약 국제적으로 주요한 인지도가 있는 수상을 받은 경험이 있는 경우라면 추가적인 입증 없이 승인이 가능하며 그렇지 못할 경우 다음의 10가지 조건들중에 3가지 이상의 조건을 충족하면 EB-1청원이 승인될 수 있습니다. NIW의 경우 법률에 명확히 규정하지 않는 것과 비교가 됩니다.- Evidence of receipt of lesser nationally or internationally recognized prizes or awards for excellence
- Evidence of your membership in associations in the field which demand outstanding
achievement of their members - Evidence of published material about you in professional or major trade publications or other major media
- Evidence that you have been asked to judge the work of others, either individually or on a panel
- Evidence of your original scientific, scholarly, artistic, athletic, or business-related contributions of major
significance to the field - Evidence of your authorship of scholarly articles in professional or major trade publications or
other major media - Evidence that your work has been displayed at artistic exhibitions or showcases
- Evidence of your performance of a leading or critical role in distinguished organizations
- Evidence that you command a high salary or other significantly high remuneration in relation to others in the field
- Evidence of your commercial successes in the performing arts
